Sprite mages are allowed to wear flowing white star robes into battle because the robes are magic; not only are they specially enchanted to never get in the way, but they almost always have the "flow dramatically" spell woven in as well. That Greater Magestaff has runes of immense power so don't even think of parking in her parking space. The ones showing translate to "Dragon fire" and "Blizzard".
