Tuna and Capers Pasta
Tuna and Capers Pasta
Meal in 15 minutes! Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 medium size can tuna, drained
- some mayonaise (about 1/2 cup)
- some capers, about 1 tbsp
- (optional) some honey mustard, a couple of tbsp
- (optional) black pepper
- some cooked macaroni or other smallish pasta, about 8 oz
- While the pasta is cooking, drain tuna. Mix in mayonaise,
capers, and optional flavorings. Add to cooked pasta, serve warm.
Note: This works well with smoked salmon too (SeaBear is yummy). Omit the mustard
and pepper. The salmon is pretty flavorful all by itself.
