curly rotini pasta, cooked
grated fresh parmesan (or romano?)
red peppers, diced small (about 1/4 inch on a side)
green peppers, diced small
green onions (about 1/4 inch slices)
black pepper
black olives, sliced
shredded carrots
parsley
Mix all together. Serve cold.
(lunch w/ sandwiches, 2000.03.07 at crystal) We didn't have this for a sunday dinner, but merrrr liked it at crystal and it seemed easy.
