Swedish Meatballs in Stroganoff Sauce
Serves about 5 (including a mer) to be very full
Meatballs

2 lbs ground beef

1 onion

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

2 eggs

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients. (This is a little on the low end of
seasoning
but okay.) Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325F.
Sauce

2 Tbsp sherry

21 oz canned mushrooms
-
8 Tbsp catsup
-
3 cup consume
-
6 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

2 Tbsp mustard

1.5 cups Sour Cream
Simmer all ingredients except sour cream. Add meatballs and
let
them heat through. Stir in sour cream right before serving.
Egg noodles (cook according to directions on package). About 2.5 (12
dry oz) packages were eaten by 5 people. Um, that's 30 dry oz of
noodles. We used wide curly ones.
