Spicy Noodles and Ham

Recipe from a wok cookbook, serves 6

Makes great noodles with interesting spicy taste. Ok, we took some liberties due to a shortage of some ingredients, but the result is delicious! Our modifications are listed below.



Bring water and salt to boil in wok at 250 degrees. Add noodles; boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Drain; rinse under cold running water to stop cooking. Drain; pour into bowl (we poured it back into the wok); stir in sesame oil. Mix next 6 ingredients; pout over noodles; toss to combine. Add ham; toss. Serve cold or at room temperature (we served it hot).
