Lemon Jello Cake
From the kitchen of Grandma Winchell
Cake:
- 1 pkg D.S. Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 3oz pkg of Lemon Jello
- 3-4 eggs
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- Mix dry jello with dry cake mix
- Add 3/4 cup of water and 3-4 eggs
- Beat for mi medium speed (30 sec)
- Add 3/4 cup salad oil, beat 1 minute med. speed
- Bake at 350F in 10x14x2 inch pan about 30 minutes
Glaze:
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
Mix glaze ingredients, prick cake, drizzle on top.
