Serves 2 Francises, 3-4 donnas.
1 can saurkraut 1 lb chicken 0.25 lb swiss cheese 0.5 cup orange salad dressing (Russian, French, Thousand Island)
Get most of the water out of saurkraut and put on bottom of 9x9 pan. Cover with layer of defrosted chicken. Then grated or sliced cheese, then dressing (enough to cover). Bake for 45mins at 350-400. Serve with rice.
Note from the editor: Davemodiano used Marie's thousand island dressing. I think this made a great deal of difference. (A good difference. It was tasty. :-)
