Chicken Rizo

1 onion
chopped garlic

chopped 1-2 chicken breasts, sliced into bite sized chuncks, marinate
briefly with salt

freshly ground pepper, oil,
(optional: pesto mix powder, i.e. straight from the knorr envelope)

Rizo, or Orzo, or any similarly sized small round pastas - use De
Cecco brand, it's much better than anything else, it makes the dish 1
8oz can of tomato sauce

Note: rizo (or orzo) is small, make sure you have a strainer or
somekind of mesh to strain it with.

Cook pasta.  Over high heat, pan fry chicken, onion, and garlic. When
chicken is done, add tomato sauce and simmer about 5 min. Mix with
pasta and serve.
